Ingredients

milk

chocolate protein powder
1
tbsp
sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
2
tbsp
PB2
(powdered peanuts)
ice
1
no-calorie sweetener
to taste
whipped cream
optional
Instructions
Combine milk, protein powder, powdered peanuts and pudding in the blender for 1-2 minutes.
Add ice then blend again until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
